At that level the national guard armory and parish corrections facility will require flood protection measures as river front property will flood. Sand bagging is recommended. And the Flood Warning continues for the Bogue Chitto River near Bush until further notice. Flood stage is 11.0 feet and the river is expected to rise above flood stage by Friday March 06 and continue to rise to near 12.5 feet by Sunday March 08. The access road upstream of the bridge will flood. The river will leave the main channel on the left bank below the bridge flooding woodlands on either side of Louisiana Highway 21. The Flood Warning continues for the Pearl River Near Pearl River until further notice. Moderate flooding is forecast. The river is cresting and forecast to fall to a stage of 16.1 feet by Friday March 13. And the Flood Warning continues for the Pearl River Near Bogalusa until further notice. Minor flooding is occurring, and minor flooding is forecast. The river will continue to fall to a stage of 20.3 feet by Friday March 13.
