The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office Financial and Cyber Crimes Unit is seeking information on 48-year-old Terral “Terry” Bishop from Ponchatoula. Bishop is accused of forging training certificates and using those certificates to bid on large commercial construction jobs, some of which were affiliated with NASA. TPSO investigators currently hold an outstanding warrant for Bishop for forgery.
