A Covington-area man has been arrested after he raped his medically-handicapped neighbor.
The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office was contacted Wednesday night by family members after a mentally-handicapped Covington-area woman was lured into a neighbor’s residence and repeatedly raped.
24 YO Joshua Brown was arrested and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on one count of First Degree Rape.
