On November 4th, at around 12:05 pm, Hammond Police responded to a report of shots fired with one victim at 1203 Martin Luther King Avenue. The victim told authorities the suspects drove through the open gate of the apartments in a 4-door black sedan. A suspect in the back seat began shooting at the victim and hit him in the right area of his upper leg.
