A portion of E. Bell Road will be closed for several hours on Wednesday, February 5th, as Tangipahoa Parish Road and Bridge crews change out drainage culverts. Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said East Bell Road will be closed at locations approximately 2/10 mile east of LA 445, 3/10 mile east of LA 445, and approximately 2 1/2 mile east of LA 445 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. so crews can replace the damaged culverts. Only emergency traffic will be allowed through the construction zone during this period.
