Today in Covington at 10 AM for Martin Luther King Day there will be a “March for Peace”. The parade’s route will be 28th and Tyler travelling to 29th, turn right, to N. Madison and Columbia, then down Jefferson Avenue. At 11 AM, Pastor Alfred Nathaniel Young III of Faith Bible Church will be this year’s guest speaker. The fun day at the park has been moved. Starting at 1 PM it will held at Bogue Falaya Hall on North Jefferson. These events are free and open to the public.
