Slidell Police reported that the last suspect, Riley “Rilo” Richardson, in the Matt Bowers Chevy Dealership tire theft case had been arrested. In May of this year, Slidell Police issued an arrest warrant for 44-year-old Richardson, of Houston, for being a key player in stealing over $100,000 in wheels from Matt Bowers Chevrolet in Slidell. Richardson was the last suspect Slidell Police were looking for in this case, Chief Randy Fandal said.
Richardson was booked into the Slidell City Jail for felony Theft Over $100,000. Then he was transported to the St. Tammany Parish Jail where a bond will be set.

The suspects have been linked to multiple similar thefts along the I-10 corridor, and areas throughout the State of Texas. In total, it is believed that this professional theft ring is responsible for millions of dollars in tire thefts.
