We got to spend some time with Stacey (#flatstacey) this week thanks to a class in Slidell who wanted to see what “radio” folks do all the time. So here’s the pics we got with Stacey.

Dave teaching her how to do the commercial logs
Guest Cliff meeting her before an on air interview
At the President’s Arts Awards
In the studio
Learning how to use the broadcast board
Editing sound files
Choosing some songs to play
With Brian and Jamie at lunch
Thanks to Ms. Gammon’s fifth grade class for letting Stacey hang out with us.

Our first guests today were Rob and Jeff. They wanted to talk about their November 2nd Chili Cook-off at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. This was a successful event last year and should be even better this year.

Cliff Bergeron came in to talk about A Taste of Olde Towne Slidell. They have their Grand Tasting tonight and Brunch on Sunday. Find out more in the interview below.
We spoke with the ladies from Menu Express. They are a locally owned meal delivery service that is very involved with the community. Hear them below.
And Tim Lentz was here to talk about his campaign for sheriff. We spoke at length about the loss the law enforcement families are with the death of one of their own. Tim also talked about some changes he would make if he is elected. Hear more in the interview below.
