For the final morning show of 2019 and the decade of the 2010’s, we looked back! Here’s what we found!
The Meme of the Year!
THE WHITE CAT MEME!

It features two photos – one of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Taylor Armstrong taken during a heated exchange with co-cast member Camille Grammer while trying to be consoled by fellow housewife Kyle Richards. The other half of the meme originated from Tumblr where a user named DeadBeforeDeath posted a pic of a white cat in front of a plate of vegetables with a bewildered look on his face with the caption “he no like vegetables.” In case you were wondering, the cat’s name is “Smudge”. It appears that the meme first went viral back in May of 2019 on Twitter, but the conventional form of the meme actually launched not long after that from Reddit. The rest, has been history. If you can think of differing opinions, you’ve likely either seen or created a version of this meme yourself. And if you haven’t, google it for hours of hilarity!
Cool note…if you happen to be dressed like Smudge the cat and bump into Taylor Armstrong, she will react with you for a photo op as she’s embraced the notoriety the meme has created!
