The Hammond Police Department, working together with citizens in the community, was made aware of a suspect with several outstanding warrants. 19 YO Terrance Johnson, of Hammond, currently has a Possession of Stolen Property warrant through HPD, as well as two outstanding warrants through the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear, one of which is for 21 counts of Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling.
