On January 29, Hammond Police began investigating a theft that occurred on January 28, at Ulta Beauty, located at 2026 Hammond Square Drive. Three black males entered the business and concealed merchandise in excess of $1,000 inside gray tote bags. The suspects then exited the business without paying for their merchandise. In the parking lot, they were seen leaving in what appeared to be a red four-door car. These subjects are also believed to be responsible for other retail thefts that have occurred in the surrounding areas.
