Earlier this week members of the Hammond Police Department Street Crimes unit, along with the Louisiana Attorney General’s Fugitive Task Force apprehended 36 YO Finney A Riley, of Mount Hermon, on a charge of Attempted First Degree Murder. Franklinton Police Department issued the warrant on Riley on January 20, and through hard work and diligent cooperation, he is now in custody. Riley was booked at the Hammond City Jail and transferred to Washington Parish for processing.
