Officials say sprinklers at Armstrong International Airport extinguished a fire in an electrical room last night. The airport has been largely empty with coronavirus drastically reducing flights and passengers. A spokeswoman says the fire suppression system worked properly and triggered sprinklers when the fire broke out on the third floor of the new terminal. No one was injured but water was reported pouring into parts of the building. The fire department is investigating the cause of the fire.
