A portion of E. Bell Road will be closed for several hours on Wednesday, Jan. 22, as Tangipahoa Parish Road and Bridge crews change out drainage culverts. Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said East Bell Road will be closed at a location approximately 3/4 mile east of LA 445, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. so crews can replace the damaged culverts. Only local and emergency traffic will be allowed through the construction zone during this period, Miller said.
