Local businessman and former City Councilman Rick Danielson will run for one of two at-large seats on the Mandeville City Council. Qualifying begins Jan. 8 for the April 4 municipal elections. The 49 YO Danielson served on the Council from 2012-2016. He is a graduate of Mandeville High School. He earned a graduate degree and then served for nine years as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force. He is now a senior financial adviser at a national brokerage firm. He and his wife, Stephanie, have five children.
