The Town Hall office is closed to the public but drop box is available and the office can be reached at 985-863-5800. In the Town of Madisonville residents are encouraged to pay bills by phone 985-200-0615, online or use the outside drop box. All organized events there have been cancelled until further notice. In Abita the Town Hall offices are closed to public entry and citizens should communicate via e-mail or phone only. Check and money order utility payments should be placed in the drop box on the Annex Building next to Town Hall. Electronic payments can be made at townofabitasprings.com. All events and meetings have been cancelled through April 13th and Trailhead Park has limited access with no large gatherings through April 13th. In Folsom the Town Hall lobby is closed to the public but drop box and drive through is available for payments. And the Magnolia Community Center will remain closed until further notice.
