The Louisiana Department of Health says as of last night we had 136 cases reported from 374 tests. So far, 3 people have died from the Coronavirus. Those numbers will be updated again at 9:30 this morning. 11 different parishes are reporting cases with the vast majority in Orleans Parish, where 94 cases have been reported. There are 21 cases in Jefferson. 6 cases have been reported by the Louisiana Department of Health in St Tammany, none in Washington or Tangipahoa. Things you can do to help include getting a flu vaccine and taking flu antivirals if prescribed, covering your cough, staying home if you are sick, and washing your hands.
