The Hammond Police Department is currently investigating six felony thefts from Ulta Beauty, located at Hammond Square. The investigation has revealed several individuals who have repeatedly entered the store, selected perfumes and colognes, concealed those bottles into shopping bags, and left the store without paying. The six thefts have occurred with the same individuals and resulted in almost $29,000 worth of stolen merchandise. The thefts took place on January 11, January 21, January 23, January 28, February 6, and February 13.
