For St. Tammany -St. Charles-Upper Jefferson-Southern Tangipahoa -Hancock-Harrison-Jackson and more a DENSE FOG ADVISORY will be in effect until 9 AM this morning. Visibility could be one quarter mile or less in dense fog in portions of southeast and southern Mississippi and southeast Louisiana. Fog will be particularly denser closer to bodies of water. On Lake Pontchartrain and Lake Maurepas, a DENSE FOG ADVISORY remains in effect until noon on Wednesday. Dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 NM or less in portions of Gulf of Mexico, including the tidal lakes and sounds.
