Now there has been a second arrest by the Kentwood Police Department involving the fatal shooting December 28th of last year. 18 YO Trevon James of Tangipahoa was arrested without incident. He was booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail on one count of Principle to Second Degree Murder, 2 counts of Principle to Attempted Second Degree Murder and 1 count of Illegal Use of a Dangerous Weapon.
