Walk-On’s in Covington has fired a franchise holder after a racially-charged post on Facebook about some Halloween trick-or-treaters. Indictment in Death of Child

DA Warren Montgomery reports that a Washington Parish grand jury has indicted 20 YO Tyrease Brumfield, of Bogalusa, of first degree murder in the death of an eight-month-old girl in August. Officials say the daily intermittent lane closures of northbound or southbound lanes on La. 25 between Folsom village limits to Hay Hollow Road, will continue through Nov. 18th.
